Nobody wants to buy an oil-water separator
- people only want
their problems solved. MSR does just that - we solve oil
water separation problems! And, we have been doing it for
many years.
We will offer help, design suggestions, preliminary design
information, suggestions on how to make the system better,
ways to reuse existing equipment to keep costs down, and
ways to help satisfy government officials and convince corporate
management that what you plan to do will work to keep oil
out of your effluent water.
As much as possible, we do this without extra charge because
we know that environmental budgets are very limited and
you need to justify every dollar you spend to clean up your
water effluent. And, we utilize gravity for separation -
it is inexpensive, predictable, and more reliable than even
death or taxes - and it has no moving parts and doesn't
require maintenance.
We also offer the same type of help with process improvements
such as improving separation of streams in refineries and
chemical plants and treating machine tool coolants to increase
coolant life and improve operations.
Likewise, as much as possible without extra charge.

We do sell coalescing plate separator equipment to separate
oil and water and will be glad to offer a quotation on the
equipment we think you may need to solve your problem -
or if we can't solve it we'll tell you that our equipment
will not do what you need done and will offer suggestions
on what you can use to solve the problem.
