Mohr Separations Research, Inc. specializes in treating Stormwater for removal of oil and contaminant particles as well as removing oil and other comtaminants from industrial liquid streams using coalescing plate separator technology or other technology if more appropriate.   MOHR SEPARATIONS RESEARCH, INC. is a multi-function company that provides consulting, design, specifications, equipment and other services for government and industry.

Our Mission

To provide services to meet the needs of customers with difficult separation problems and to protect the enviroment by removing harmful oils and other hydrocarbons from waste streams and to facilitate recycling or reuse of the oils.

Company Profile

The company was founded by Kirby Mohr, a degreed engineer specializing in filtration and separation of liquids.  Kirby holds degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Iowa State University and Oklahoma State University respectively.   The company is a small consulting firm that offers expertise in defining the separation problem as well as the best technical solutions to the problem.   Kirby Mohr belongs to the Water Environment Federation, the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
